This Sunday in March at the Bridge, we start a new series, "BE WEIRD", and this first week, Pastor Scott talks about the comparisons between how life is perceived by the world and by the Bible.  Pastor Scott addresses all these comparisons especially money and rich people by looking at the following bible verses in 1 Timothy 6.

1 Timothy 6:17 - "Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, whiCh is so uncertain, but to put their hope in GOD, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment."

Pastor Scott talks about saying this to ourselves on a daily basis, regularly and frequently reflecting on this that "God has blessed me with more than I need, I am rich!" and for us to be realize that God has given us EVERYTHING we have today and this leads us to be responsible with we have.
