This week, in the series "Green Thumb", Pastor Scott talks about Worldly Desires that come in the way of loving and completely devoting our loves to the one and only living God, our Lord, our Savior, Jesus Christ.  Three things that the book 1 John 2 boils all our desires down to:

- Cravings of Sinful Man - "Don't tell me what to do!"

- Lust of his Eyes - "I want what I don't have"

- Boasting of what he has and does - "If I can do this or get this, I'll feel better"

Bottom Line; Every worldly desire we long for will pass away but the man after the desires of God's Word will live forever.
